About

I am an artist living and working in Northumberland. Over the last fifteen years I have worked in and around the card industry and also produced designs for licensing on  to other products. I have always enjoyed drawing imaginary buildings with lots of colour and a quirky feel to them. Over the last couple of years I have become interested in the buildings around me and have developed a range of colourful drawings which portray both local buildings of interest and the more everyday buildings which mean much to people living around them. I started with greetings cards of the designs and over the last two years have gradually expanded the range from  Newcastle Upon Tyne to north to the Borders around Berwick Upon Tweed, west to the Tyne Valley and South to Durham.  South Tyneside and Sunderland are a work in progress and the full range will be ready for the new year. In addition to the greetings cards many of my designs are now also available on other products:
